This a handsome Oak Box Settle with two open panels supported by turned baluster columns. There are three wide carved panels with S scrolls above five smaller panels, one of which has the initials IL and the carved date 1686.
The hinged box seat above further fielded panels and scrolling armrests.
It is an excellent colour with a wonderful patina.
Dimensions are 163 cms by 49 cms by 122 cms.
