Traditional white ceramic Victorian foot-bath with a scrolling dark blue pattern to the inside and outside top, the same scrolling dark blue pattern along the centre of the outside with a thin gilt border. This dark blue scrolling pattern is repeated on both handles.
This foot-bath was manufactured by William Ridgeway, Son & Co, circa 1830, it has both printed and impressed marks to the base.
Great condition, ready to be used as a flower display etc. An excellent interiors piece.
