A handsome 19th Century ebonised column or pedestal in the form of a 'Doric' column. Large round top with reeded column standing on a large square base. Very heavy and very sturdy, a particular feature being that the top rotates. Would look really good with large flower display, an antique bust, large bronze or lamp.

Measurements; 78cm tall, 39cm diameter top and 43cm square base.
