19th Century painted Seaman’s Chest c1830

A good sized painted “Seaman’s Chest” or trunk, with empty cartouche to the lid of the chest, in excellent order with the paint naturally worn with age. we have a key to the lock but it does not function. It has the traditional rope carrying handles to each side and It has been painted black to the inside.
Great as a toy store or many other uses.

Dimensions are approx. 32 inches wide 20.5 inches deep and 24 inches tall.
