A Regency Period Armchair or Desk Chair with bergere back panels and upholstered seat, it has the original lacquered chinoiserie finish, crook arms and handsome hairy paw feet.
It has had the seat re-upholstered using the original material from the chair, there is normal wear to the arms, as there should be. The bergere is in fine condition and the chair is sound and sturdy.
